Firdaus is a lawyer with a career spanning more than 18 years. He has advised on numerous corporate transactions both nationally and internationally, acting for individuals, companies both private and public.

As well as being an advocate & solicitor, Firdaus is a qualified Shariah counsel where he practiced for a number of years, a certified trainer for the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) of Ministry of Human Resource, Malaysia and a part time lecturer at Faculty of Law And International Relations, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UNISZA) and also the civil litigation fellow for Faculty of Law, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)`.

Apart from English and Malay, Firdaus speaks Arabic and has a working knowledge of Thai, Tagalog and Mandarin.

SUIB OMAR
Oil & Gas And Technology Collaboration

Omar joined FINN on 2021 and then elevated to Director of Risk Management Team on September 2020 comprising cases on the topic of Contract Dispute Negotiation, Corporate Structure, Oil & Gas, Offshore Dealings and Arbitration. He graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan (TITECH) in Industrial Engineering & Management in 1988 with 31 years of experience in industrial matters especially in technology transfer and ports.

Azli joined FICS on 2019 as taxation consultant. He graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and having vast experience in accounting and taxation matters which he gained from his working experience with Ernst & Young and MNZWAJA. He has Masters in Accounting and pursuing his PHD in taxation.
